Time Capsule: Visits to the east

There were two events for the day. First, visit at ITE East and second, durain party.

I attended a school visit at ITE East and I had an eye opening. It is a beautiful place just similar to RP or SMU. I was quite surprised that most of the facilities are at high end technology.

After the visit, I went for a durian party with my NIE friends. I am not a durian fan and I have not eat durian since 15 years old. Due to the gathering, I have to try to eat durian and I still do not like it.

It was pretty noisy gathering at Ari's house with her 4 children. Her children were full of energy and they kept playing game. 7 of us ate a total of about 11 + 1 + 4 durians. We could not finish all and we have to pack 2 durians into two containers. After eating the king of fruits, we proceeded to have our queen of fruits, mangosteen.

I have eaten the king and queen of fruits in the same day and both fruits are that fruits that I have not eat for at least 10 years. I could not remember when was that last time that I ate mangosteen.

After registration, we rolled out as a group heading towards the education tour.

After walking for a while, I realised that Andrew's shirt has this amazing picture. Who took this photography? I did it. =)

The lift has been working very hard for the day. There were about 700 people and each time the lift could take about 15 people. Imagine how many times the lift has to go up and down to fetch 700 people?

This is the center of ITE east. It is beautiful right?

I always think that everything has a purpose. I wonder what is the purpose of the structure on top of the building?

Andrew, Vincent and I were discussing the function of the ball that is inside the tube. So guess what is the function?

The function is to allow the user to see whether there is water flowing in the tube.

Andrew looked at the fingers of Anwar. Anwar was pointing at the ring that Andrew is supposed to have for his wedding. Andrew is getting married soon. So for the whole morning, we had been teasing him about saying the wrong wedding vote.

Question: "Are you willing to take your ........ as wife?"

His answer: "I do!"

From Ari's house, nice scenery can be captured! She can see free fireworks every year. She is full of happiness!

We walked to Gelyang and we noticed that this coffee shop is wasting money! The shop is using water to cool down the surrounding temperature by running water without a generating system.
