Past Weeks

For the past few weeks, I was filled with quite a number of events.

1) Last sunday, I attended my friend's Leo's wedding dinner. The journey to the dinner was quite an adventure. The dinner was held in Johor, so I have to travel all the way from Singapore to Johor.

The adventure started in Singapore. I met up with some strangers that Leo arranged for me to meet up. Then I found that one of them was my secondary school friend.

On the way to Johor, there was a jam in the courseway, and we took one hour just to get pass the courseway. After the courseway, there were many changes to the road. So we had some issues finding the place. Just imagine that we had to travel about 10 km just to find an U-turn when we missed the exit. The best of all is that the road direction board was torn down and there is no sign board for us to check our location.

When we finally got there, we were late by 1 hour. The dinner was supposed to be 730 but we reached at 830 and we are really the LAST. After we were seated shortly, the dinner began.

Dinner was normal. After dinner, my friend gave me a lift to Woodland. From there I took a taxi back. The taxi ride was also some what interesting. The diver was driving as if he was diving a F1 car! The best part was he speed pass a speed camera and he did not even bother. He told me this.

Aiya, won't kena one lah. relax bro, relax.

During the journey our average speed was about 120km/h.

I thank God that I reached home safely. =D

2) I am addicated to Online game "The legend of Edda". =D I have been online 24/7. Those who read my blog please,

SHhhhhhHHHH!

It is suppose to be a secret. Thank you. =D

3) My colleagues keep asking me to join them for badminton and I really hate it. I shall make myself "busy" for the next few weeks. =D

4) My brother bought a new car for my family. 27k for a Kia Rio. I think the car is too expensive. However, my brother thinks otherwise. At the end of the day, he paid for the car, so no comment from me. =D

5) I missed my Ultimate Frisbee students. To be frank, I am quite worried for some of them. I hope they will do well and come back for Secondary 5 next year. If not I will going to be lonely. =(

Nice young lady

Today I went to Nan Hua Secondary for ultimate Frisbee Competition.

Then I drank a bottle of 100 plus and I wanted to throw the bottle away. However I could not find a rubbish bin. So I asked a female student where I can find a rubbish bin.

To my suprise, her reply was:

"It's ok, I can throw it for you."

I was so shocked and I was stunned for a moment.

I told her it was fine and I can throw it myself because the bottle is dirty after all. In the end, she told me where to locate the rubbish bin and I threw the empty bottle by myself.

She was so helpful. Who on earth would help a stranger to throw rubbish? Anyway, she has done something good and she should be proud of herself.

Just wanna say big thank you to her. =D

Addicated to online game.

Current addicted to Online game Soulmaster =D

It's been one year since i played online game. This game is really good. What attracts me to this game is its game play.

For most game, there is a hero. this game is the same. However, what made the difference is that hero can summon a troop to fight for him. In addition, hero can level up and learn new skill. It has beautiful graphic and story & battle introduction.

This game also has its own bad points. This game is purely grinding for level. The crafting system is way to hard to use because hero cannnot farm materials. Hero cannot only hunt monster for materials and each game, the hero can only carrys eight items. Only eight items. So if hero needs to craft an items, he needs at least 10 materials. So he needs to create at least 10 games and kill only that monster who drops that material. for your information, each game is at least 30 minutes. Therefore 10 games are 300 minutes. =/ So it is kinda time wasting.

That are my thoughts about Soulmaster.

I am waiting for Diablo III and Legned of Edda. So I just play this game to pass time. =D

Recently, I feel that home is the most wonderful place on earth. Just imagine that there are thousands and billions of people without a place for them to stay. Therefore, I think I am really blessed to have a warm and comfortable house. At least I am safe in the house now, happily using my laptop. =D

I was, or rather I am angry!

If there is a mistake made, clarify and learn from it. Why do you need to thumb people down? Don't you know that it is cause and consequence? The cause is YOU! =/ Because of you, many suffered. Because of your foolish principles and your decisions, you have turned a group of humans into devils. Even angels also cannot save them. I am truely impressived by your action. Well done.

No basketball and frisbee, so I have nothing to do today. =(

School and Funeral

After so many years, today is first day which I really do not want to go school because of some colleagues. Not going to comment much.

My Anuty (4th's uncle's wife) was discovered brain dead on 11th Aug 10. On 13th Aug 10, Friday evening, my Aunty's heart stopped beating. Lastly, she was housed in Chua Chu Kang Chinese cemetry on 16 August 2010.




As much as I know that she is already with Heavenly Father in their world. I still pray for her rest in peace. In addition, I pray for strength and comfort to be given to her family members, my uncle, Jamie and Sammuel.

My friends and I were out for a drink at Breko Holland Village. It was a gathering before my friend Chee Hong returns to China for his work.

I have some weird feeling about the gathering but I could not express my feeling into words.

Anyway, here's the grandmother story if you want to read. LOL

Grandmother story:

A night out with Poly friends (Sharon, Benjamin, Chee Hong, Kui Chong, Kwang Peng) at Breko, Holland Village was a sad one.

Everyone was late as usual. LOL Since poly days, THEY ARE JUST THE SAME, ALWAYS LATE. =D

I was talking to Sharon about Chee Hong and we noticed that Chee Hong has not changed after so many years. The way he talks, the way he moves and the way he reacts are the SAME. One thing that is not the same is that he is married with a kid, Justin. =/

Benjamin came later and updated us with all his story about his preparation for his wedding, the wedding date and post wedding events. He spent 8k on his wedding shoot =.="" I was thinking that the wedding shoot is too expensive. I will not spend so much money on the shoot. =0

We left for home after Ben finished his stories.

I have seen many friends who I havent met for years! =(

I enjoy the dinner pretty much. The feeling of catching up with friends are really great =)

SQ85 Dinner 31072010

Dinner was pretty relaxing, except that some of us cannot sit down and enjoy the dinner together.

What I can say is that the duration of the dinner was too short. I want to have more time for the photo and more time for chatting with my friends. Still, facing the fact, dinner was only from 645 to 1030. =(

Grandfather

The person in the middle of the picture is my grandfather.

He just left the world this morning at around 1 to 7am.

He has gone away peacefully on his bed.

I cried. I cried because I missed him.

I remember he used to play chinese chess with me during my secondary days. He used to buy my ice-cream when I am playing basketball. He used to give me pocket money. He also likes to ask me if I have eaten, where I am going, or am I working?

I also remember that he also hided away his cigarettes when he saw me around. This is because he knew I would scold him.

I would also bring him to the doctor when he is sicked.

Now that he is gone, I feel kinda lonely.

Nevertheless, I pray that he is enjoying his life peacefully in another world if the world ever exists.

Hair

Holidays are coming to an end and my centre parting hair style also became an legend.

I have been keeping my hair long enough to have centre parting style. However, that style only lasted for two short weeks. Now, I am back into my usual working hair style. =D

J-Drama: Proposal Daisakusen

All I can say is this drama is 5 stars. Proposal Daisakusen is funny and yet touching. I love the way about progress of the relationship between the couple. However, I am not satisfied with the ending.
